I am not sure if you all know this but I love the recipes that are on the Pioneer Woman’s web page…. Tonight I have done it again and picked one of her recipes for dinner. Difficulty is easy… my only problem was and is I don’t have a dutch oven or a frying pan I can cover and put in the oven. So I made do with a baking dish, and put some foil below it in the oven in the event it boils over.
I will be looking for a Dutch oven soon….
Tonight’s dinner was PW’s Chicken Cacciatore, it was supper easy to put together and her recipe as always was easy to follow. My house smells so yummy right now while it is cooking… We are in the last stages of the cooking and Wow is all I have to say right now….
